How to use:

Our deliveries are all carried out by courier which will enable you to track your parcel via email and/or SMS from dispatch to delivery. This requires you to provide your personal information to us which will then be shared with the courier company. No other parties will have access to this confidential information - we take this very seriously.

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your waybill number. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel at the delivery destination. If nobody is present, the parcel will be delivered back to our Head Office and additional fees may apply to re-arrange delivery.
