Our luxurious all-in-one car seat/dog bed/carrier allows your pooch to travel in the style and comfort they deserve.

This car seat is suitable for small to medium-sized dogs, and can be used in multiple ways: as a cosy carrier, comfy car seat, a safe house or half open, or laid flat to create a sleek and stylish bed.

Features include fully removable cushions for cleaning, memory foam for extra comfort, a removable internal mat, plush high-end upholstery grade washable soft fabric, and high-end Italian metal trims.

We have also included a secure seatbelt clip to secure your dog to the seat and avoid jumping around.

To ensure that your pup feels safe and secure whilst on the move, we have included two types of attachments to secure the seat in the car:

1) Attachments for the back seat - two clips which click into your car seat, and secure it safely into the child seat anchors hidden in the back seat of most cars.

2) Attachments for the front seat - a strap that clips into the back of your car seat, and around the front seat to safely secure your pup.

WASH CARE: We recommend professional cleaning as it ensures the longevity of your fabrics. But a very gentle cold wash is advisable.

DELIVERY

Delivery is a standard 3-6 day service via a third-party courier.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day (Monday – Friday) excluding public holidays, from the time the order is placed. EFT orders are shipped within 1 business day from the time proof of payment has been received.

We carry stock of our products, however, should stock run out after an order is placed, we will be in immediate contact with you to discuss lead times.

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If you purchased an item from us and wish to return it, we will be happy to do so within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to assist you with a return.

Please note, courier fees for returns will be for your account. We do not cover the cost of courier fees for returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES

We will accept exchanges on our products within 10 days of receipt, provided the item is returned new (unused) and in the original packaging including tags.

We offer one free exchange in accordance with the above. Exchange courier fees will be for your account, this includes the shipping return to us as well as the shipping cost back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the item in the same size and colour (subject to availability) at no cost to you, please notify us immediately of faulty items.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We will however accept exchanges on sizes subject to availability or store credit which excludes any shipping fees incurred. Please refer to the exchange policy in this section to which all sales items apply.

PRODUCT REVIEW & REFUNDS

When the package arrives back at the warehouse, the items are inspected before the refund or exchange is authorised. This process can take 2-3 days (longer during high-volume periods).

If the refund is approved, you will receive an email confirming that your money is on its way.

Your refund will be made according to your payment method.

An EFT refund will take up to 7 working days to be processed and 2-3 days to reflect in your account.

WARRANTY

Our items are made to last, and we happily offer an 8-month warranty on our products but this does not include normal wear and tear of a product being used and loved and only on manufacturing faults. We are not able to accept any product returns due to misuse, or for dogs chewing, scratching, or destroying a product, and nor can we accept a return on any products where the wash care has not been followed according to instructions.
