The Pandora cat cave has a unique shape that is specifically designed to suit your cat’s unique needs. Each bed is handwoven using a natural sustainable plant called water hyacinth. The plant grows very quickly and is considered an invasive species in some places. Thus farmers and craftsmen are constantly finding new ways to apply the product in order to remove it from waterways. The cushion is also filled with soft eco fibers made from recycled plastic bottles and the outer is very durable and easy to clean as the fabric is stain and water repellent. Cushion covers are removable and washable.

Cat’s are natural-born climbers and always looking for high places to observe their surroundings. Cat shelves provide a multi-level platform for cats to climb and enjoy indoors.

The Luna straight cat shelf is part of a 3 piece ‘Build it yourself’ cat wall unit (each sold separately). The Luna straight shelf comes with a removable cushion that can also get washed. The bottom of the cushion is fastened to the shelf with metal poppers. There are also L-shaped brackets at the back of the shelf which are used to mount them against the wall. The wall units are durable and very strong and can hold up to 10kg.

DELIVERY & LEAD TIME
Your order will usually be delivered by Courier and will require a signature on delivery. Deliveries take place during business hours only so please take that in mind when selecting your delivery address. We carry stock of certain items, but most products are produced and finished upon receipt of orders. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery of an item. If your order is ready sooner, we will always aim to improve our lead time and deliver earlier.

SHORTAGE AND TRANSIT DAMAGE
You must inspect the Goods at the place and time of delivery and notify us of any shortages, defects in the Goods, or of any other complaint immediately and in any case within ten working days from the date the goods were delivered, failing which the Goods will be deemed to have been accepted and to be in good working order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and we will do our best to rectify it. If you would like to return an item it should be within 14 days of receipt and it should be in its original condition. Courier costs will be at your expense and refunds will only be transferred once the item has been checked. The courier costs will only get refunded if goods are checked by us and deemed faulty.

WARRANTY
We pride ourselves on quality and our products are made with the best quality materials and processes. We offer a 6-month warranty on workmanship and material if used as specified. The defect must be due to a manufacturer or design fault.

The following are NOT covered:

When the item is damaged because of weather elements. Items are intended for indoor use and only certain items are specified to be left under a patio roof outside and should not get into contact with rain or direct sunlight.
Damage caused by bite marks, claws and destructive chewing of product.
Misuse or abuse of an item
When the item is used for any other purpose other than the one it was intended for.
When the item has been altered or repaired by a third party.
