DELIVERY & LEAD TIME
Your order will usually be delivered by Courier and will require a signature on delivery. Deliveries take place during business hours only so please take that in mind when selecting your delivery address. We carry stock of certain items, but most products are produced and finished upon receipt of orders. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery of an item. If your order is ready sooner, we will always aim to improve our lead time and deliver earlier.

SHORTAGE AND TRANSIT DAMAGE
You must inspect the Goods at the place and time of delivery and notify us of any shortages, defects in the Goods, or of any other complaint immediately and in any case within ten working days from the date the goods were delivered, failing which the Goods will be deemed to have been accepted and to be in good working order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and we will do our best to rectify it. If you would like to return an item it should be within 14 days of receipt and it should be in its original condition. Courier costs will be at your expense and refunds will only be transferred once the item has been checked. The courier costs will only get refunded if goods are checked by us and deemed faulty.

WARRANTY
We pride ourselves on quality and our products are made with the best quality materials and processes. We offer a 6-month warranty on workmanship and material if used as specified. The defect must be due to a manufacturer or design fault.

The following are NOT covered:

When the item is damaged because of weather elements. Items are intended for indoor use and only certain items are specified to be left under a patio roof outside and should not get into contact with rain or direct sunlight.
Damage caused by bite marks, claws and destructive chewing of product.
Misuse or abuse of an item
When the item is used for any other purpose other than the one it was intended for.
When the item has been altered or repaired by a third party.

Structure:
Bamboo is a natural material that is very strong and durable. The bamboo is already treated with a natural coating and hardener which makes for easy maintenance and cleaning. Ideally, the bed should be kept for indoor use only. If the bamboo bed is kept outside, ensure it is kept beneath a covered patio to avoid over-exposure to moisture and sunlight. Routine cleaning of the bamboo is advised by wiping with a dampened cloth and mild detergent to remove everyday soil.

Cushion:
The outer – Oatmeal felt-like fabric with Teflon coating which protects the fabric against stains, 100% Polyester, Rub count 40 000. The fabric is protected against stains & any dirt can easily just get wiped off with a damp cloth. The cushion cover is removable and can get washed at a 30% light wash cycle. Cool iron on reverse.

The inner – Inside cushion is made from a high resilient foam that will retain its shape. The foam allows for exceptional load-bearing capacities and allows your pet to move freely without the foam collapsing. With use, there might be some yellowing that appears on the foam, which does not affect the performance or quality of the foam.
