Mix 1 part Spice Concentrate with 10 parts plant-based milk, soda water or tonic (add a splash of gin, if you feel that way inclined), and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions:

Hot Latte
Combine 1 part Agora Chai Spice Concentrate with 10 parts steamed almond milk, oat milk, or milk of your choice. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.

Iced Latte
Combine 1 part Agora Spice Concentrate with 10 parts almond milk, oat milk, or milk of your choice. Add plenty of ice and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.

Stir occasionally to reincorporate spice sediment.

Soda
Combine 1 part Agora Chai Spice Concentrate with 10 parts sparkling water. Add ice and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemongrass or citrus and a stick of cinnamon.

Chai Gin & Soda.
30ml Agora Chai Spice Concentrate, 30ml dry gin, 200ml soda water, ice. Garnish with lemongrass or citrus and cinnamon.

Due to the perishable nature of the goods available, items cannot be returned.

We issue refunds in valid cases within 30 days of the original purchase under the following conditions.

Incorrect item delivered

We do our best to ensure the product information, availability, purchase price, and associated delivery times and fees are accurately reflected on our site.

However, should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the website. Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels.

Goods arrived damaged

If your goods arrive damaged or appear to be spoiled, then we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please notify us within 7 days (the sooner the better).

We will require the following information to assess where in the delivery process the damage may have occurred.

·      photograph of the outer packaging
·      photograph of the bottle including barcode,
·      Description of the issue with the product.

Should the problem be deemed valid we will do one of the following according to your wishes:

·      Notify us as immediately via email and we will at your choosing:
·      deliver a new item to you as soon as possible (if available); or
·      send you a voucher for the purchase price of the product; or
·      issue a refund (using the same method of payment you originally used for the purchase).
