If your goods arrived damaged, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please notify us within 7 days, however, we will require the following information.
- Photograph of the outer packaging.
- Photograph of the damaged item.

Should the problem be deemed valid, we will do one of the following:
Notify us immediately via email and we will at your choosing:

deliver a new item to you as soon as possible [if available], or
send you a voucher for the purchase price of the product.
