It is important to take good care of your jewellery to make it last longer and keep it sparkling. Silver will tarnish black over time when it comes in contact with air, moisture, chlorine, beauty products, perfume and cleaning products; therefore protect your jewels as best you can from these products and keep them in a dry, safe place. The best way of keeping your jewellery shiny is to wear it, as it rubs on clothing etc. Wear your jewels as much as possible! If your jewellery becomes dull and starts to lose its shine, one can clean it with a soft toothbrush with soap and warm water and dry it with a soft towel.

As Kinkel Jewellery is still a small business and all products are made by hand, we do not always have everything in stock and may need some time to make your jewellery to precision. Keep in mind that your jewellery can take 5 to 15 working days to be manufactured and shipped, depending on how big the order is.

When your piece is finished you will be notified. We will courier your jewellery to you which will then arrive between 4 to 6 working days. We make use of reliable courier services, but take note that we cannot be held liable for delays in delivery once your item has left the shop.
