Returns If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, please contact us with your details, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no expense to you.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following:

Original proof of purchase must be provided
The product must be in original condition and the packaging
Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase
We may deduct a fair shipping and handling fee from refunds, as per the CPA and ECTA.

If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it and if it is still under warranty it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by the manager subject to reasonable wear and tear.

Under no circumstances will a refund or exchange be applicable if damage to the product was caused by user error, such as the user dropping his/her products causing it to break.
