Due to the products being custom handmade, please allow 5-7 business days for the sewing of the products.

We will exchange headwear within 10 days of receipt of items. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Return courier costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Regrettably, we will not be able to exchange headwear where there has been improper care or excessive wear and tear.

We take utmost care to ensure that all our headbands are properly secured and of great quality, however, no one is perfect and we acknowledge that. In rare cases of manufacturing faults, please email us and we will promptly act to make things right.

Even though we welcome exchanges, we, unfortunately, do not refund items unless there is a manufacturer's fault.
