Our Levi Snow style is made using sheepskin leather and our Charcoal style is a combination of sheepskin and grey pig leather. The Snow is available from size 2 – size 12 and the Charcoal is only available from size 5 – size 12.
Our baby shoe sizes are made with a leather sole to provide comfort for the little feet. Our bigger shoe sizes, for toddlers and pre-schoolers, are made with a flexible EVA sole. With the insight gained from working in the shoe industry for five years, we ensured that the shoe’s fit is focused on the natural shape of the foot and that it does not get deformed by the shoe.

All products are handmade on an order basis, with a 7-10 working days lead time.
It is important to note that elastic might differ from the image, due to availability from the supplier.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For a return to take place, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly note that you will be responsible for the courier fees should you return the item, due to incorrect sizing. Please refer to the sizing chart and measuring methods to ensure you purchase the correct size.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

NB Please do not wet the sheep skin, water makes the leather stiff and might shrink the shoe. Just lightly brush off the shoes (please be careful with the stitching areas).
Sizing: Measure the bottom of your child’s feet (using a flat ruler) from heel to toe (longest toe) to determine the foot length and size. It is advisable that you buy a size or two bigger than your child’s foot measurement due to the thickness of the wool.
Our size 2 to size 4 has sheepskin leather sole to help keep your baby’s feet warm and prevent your baby from kicking off the shoes.
Our size 5 to size 12 has an EVA flexible sole to help keep your toddler’s feet warm and to make it easier to walk in inside or outside. Our size 12 can fit a child of 4 years, depending on their foot measurement.
Our sizing is different from shop sizes, so it is important to measure and choose your size according to your findings. Some people prefer shoes to fit for a specific occasion, whereas others prefer the shoe to be a bit bigger so that it last longer. Below is the maximum length of each shoe size.
Length of our shoe sizes:
• Size 2 = 9.6cm
• Size 3 = 10.6cm
• Size 4 = 11.6cm
• Size 5 = 12.5cm
• Size 6 = 13.5cm
• Size 7 = 14.5cm
• Size 8 = 15.5cm
• Size 9 = 16.5cm
• Size 10 = 17.5cm
• Size 11 = 18.5cm
• Size 12 = 19.5cm
