Sugar, Water, Stabilised Cream (water, vegetable oil [palm kernel], buttermilk powder, emulsifier [E471, E435, E322], thickener), Cream of Tartar (potassium bitartrate), Salt (potassium iodate, anti-caking agent), Xantham Gum.

Contains Milk and Soya.

Notes:

Product may split - stir before use. Store in a cool, dry place and use within best before date. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within two months.
