A medium olive oil, grassy fresh from a blend of Mission, Frantoio, Coratina & Leccino olive varieties.
After slightly ripening in the warm and dry Stilbaai summer, our olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed in the early autumn months. This results in a well-balanced oil with a complex character and strong aroma.
We only bottle a small amount at a time, ensuring that our olive oil is kept safe from air and light for as long as possible.
