Sugar, Water, Stabilised Cream (water, vegetable oil [palm kernel], buttermilk powder, emulsifier [E471, E435, E322], thickener), Cream of Tartar (potassium bitartrate), Peppermint Essence, Salt (potassium iodate, anti-caking agent), Xantham Gum.
