Please note that all our products are lovingly handmade and hand-stitched to order. Your order may take up to 10 working days to complete, we appreciate your patience! If you need your product sooner (e.g. for a birthday), pop us an email and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if there are any defaults or issues with your purchase. Please understand that all our products are handcrafted and slight variances may occur in each product. This will not be deemed a defect. Leather ages beautifully taking on a unique characterful patina over time, these are the joys of working with such a beautiful material.

However, if your purchase is damaged please send us an email and we will assist you further from there and provide an address for you to return your item.

All our products are simply designed and thoughtfully created. We source the best full grain veg tanned leather for our products and they will age beautifully taking on a unique characterful patina over time.

To care for your leather item, wipe clean occasionally with a slightly damp cloth and then nourish the leather with a good quality balsam (we use Renapur). If your leather gets wet, dry naturally and store away from direct sunlight to avoid fading.
