We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For a return to take place, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for the courier fees should you return the item, due to incorrect sizing. Please refer to the sizing chart and measuring methods to ensure you purchase the correct size.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sizing:
Measure the bottom of your child’s feet (using a flat ruler) from heel to toe (longest toe) to determine the foot length and size. You can also have your child stand up straight on a piece of blank paper and mark the paper at the heel and toe, but holding your pen slightly angled to have the mark of the pen most accurate to the actual length of the foot. Our sizing is different from shop sizes, so it is important to measure and choose your size according to your findings. Some people prefer shoes to fit for a specific occasion, whereas others prefer the shoe to be a bit bigger so that it lasts longer. Below is the maximum length of each shoe size.

Length of our shoe sizes:
• Size 7 = 14.5cm
• Size 8 = 15.5cm
• Size 9 = 16.5cm
• Size 10 = 17.5cm
• Size 11 = 18.5cm
• Size 12 = 19.5cm

Care:
To clean our shoes, you can wipe the leather using a slightly dampened cloth.
