Returns Policy


Please note: As a marketplace, our return policy differs from the individual return policies of the awesome small brands on our platform. It’s important that different brands have different returns policies that serve the nature of their brand and customers best.
We strive to meet both their needs and those of our customers.

You can find the brand-specific return policies on the ‘returns’ section of every product in our shop.


Shopfox Default Return Policy


Shopfox will issue a refund in the form of an EFT payout for the return of full-priced merchandise with the following details:

All goods must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and sealed. Items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. Food and supplements cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in transport.

Shopfox may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.

Your return request must be received within 7 days from the date you received your shipment to get a full refund. Any returns processed after 7 days may only apply for shop credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 


A delivery charge will apply to all exchanges and returns except in the case of damaged goods.


Made To Order Items: Return Policy

For any item that is made to order, and has valid issues or damages upon arrival, you may only return the item for shop credit. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if the made to order item is eligible for returns (per the individual product page).


Sale Items: Return Policy

Sale items are eligible for exchange or a credit voucher only.


How to Process your Return – It’s easy peasy! (lemon squeezy?)

To process your return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email — please include your name, order number, and reason for exchange/return.
  2. We’ll email you a return/exchanges form that has all the details on it!
  3. Select your preferred shipping method: a. Your preferred courier (at your expense) b. Our courier  (shipping costs will be deducted from your refund).

Once your return is received and the condition is confirmed by the brand, your refund will be processed via EFT.
